DAILY PRICE PER APPARTMENT

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Price includes any applicable tax, air conditioning/heating, internet access, bed-linen and bath-towels, final cleaning (kitchen cleaning is to be made from Guests), warm & cold water, electricity, gas, one parking in underground garage, use of swimming pool,
beach service (1 beach umbrella + 1 deckchair + 1 sun bed per apartment).

Check-in esclusively between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m.
On departure day the apartment should be left by 10 a.m. cleaned up.
By the release of the keys every extra service will be immediately charged.
Check-in and check-out at Hotel Katja.

Daily arrivals/departures and minimum stay of 3 nights in periods A-B.
Arrivals and departures on Saturday and minimum stay 7 nights in C-D-E.
For stay under 7 days final cleaning is extra to pay: € 40,00.

TO BE PAID ON ARRIVAL:
Deposit € 200,00
Babybed € 20,00 per stay
Small pets € 35,00 per stay
